Shelbie Webster, the owner of Webster Group Consulting in Nashville, TN, has an extensive career spanning 24 years in the field of Human Resources. Throughout her professional journey, she has utilized her expertise to benefit numerous fortune 100/500 companies across various industries such as telecommunications, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and the non-profit sector. With a specific focus on strategy, employee relations and culture & engagement, Shelbie possesses a deep understanding of the entire talent management life cycle, and the implementation of proactive strategies to cultivate a strong engaged and high performing environment and culture.
Shelbie possesses several certifications, including the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI and the Society of Human Resources Management CP certification from SHRM – (SHRM-CP). Additionally, she has obtained a certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member. Shelbie is also licensed to provide facilitation, speaking, coaching, and training on approved Maxwell Leadership personal and professional development content. Currently, she is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Liberty University.
